A Letter That Was Delivered 95 Years late!

This is a letter from the Ottoman Archives, where the writer, Hayk/Hrach Tiriakian, an ARF leader from Constantinople, is imploring his friend, Vartkes Effendi Serebgulian, a member of the Ottoman parliament and also an ARF member, to save him from his exile in Ayash in May 1915. Tiriakian was caught on the night of April 24th 1915 and was exiled with other Armenian intellectuals, writers, political figures, and clergy. His letter is important, since it gives us a glimpse of life in exile...
